If within three days of the date of purchase, a veterinarian determines that the cat/kitten has health problem(s), the cat/kitten may be returned within three (3) days for a full refund. Under no condition shall Seller be responsible for payment of any medical treatment provided to the cat/kitten by Buyer.          The conditions of this sale are as follows: 1.     This cat/kitten is sold as a pet only and should not be considered "breeder" or "show" quality. 2.     Buyer agrees never to breed this cat/kitten, and must have the cat/kitten altered prior to it reaching seven months of age. Once your kitten has been neutered, Buyer must forward to Seller a copy of the veterinarian's certificate for neutering. Upon Seller's receipt of the certificate, the Seller will send the CFA registration papers to the Buyer. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this agreement, and Seller has the right to register this kitten in CFA with Seller's own name. 3.     Buyer agrees to keep this cat/kitten inside and never to declaw this cat/kitten. 4.     Buyer agrees not to vaccinate against FeLV (leukemia), FIP, rabies or ringworm. Any such vaccination shall void any warranty of health, express or implied. Your cat/kitten has been vaccinated using the Heska Internasal MLV vaccine for rhinotracheitis, calici virus and panleukopenia virus. Buyer agrees to keep Seller informed of the whereabouts of the cat/kitten and retains a security interest in the cat/kitten for the purposes of enforcement of this agreement.
